§1. General provisions
- These Terms set out the rules for using the website at leclatnoir.com (the “Website”).
- The operator of the Website is Arkadiusz Wdowiak, address: Guadalbullon 10, 41013 Sevilla (Spain), NIE: Y6880566S, e-mail: oficina@leclatnoir.com (the “Operator”).
- Using the Website means acceptance of these Terms.
§2. Definitions
- User — any person using the Website;
- Website — a presentation (portfolio) website of the Operator;
- Content — materials made available on the Website, including texts, graphics, videos, 3D visualizations and projects.
§3. Nature of the Website
- The Website is informational and presentational (a portfolio of work and contact details).
- The Website does not sell goods or services online and does not allow contracts to be concluded electronically. The materials presented do not constitute an offer within the meaning of civil law.
§4. Rules of use
- The User must use the Website in accordance with the law and good practice.
- Providing unlawful content and any actions disrupting the Website are prohibited.
- Using the Website requires a device with a current web browser supporting JavaScript and internet access.
§5. Intellectual property
- All Content on the Website, including videos, 3D visualizations, projects and graphics, is the property of the Operator or used with the consent of rights holders, and is protected by copyright.
- Copying, distributing or using the Content without the Operator's written consent is prohibited.
§6. Contact form
- The Website provides a contact form for sending messages to the Operator.
- Providing data in the form is voluntary but necessary to receive a reply.
- The rules of personal data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.
§7. Liability
- The Operator makes efforts to keep the Website working correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- The Operator is not liable for damage resulting from use of the Website in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the law, to the extent permitted by law.
§8. Complaints
- Comments and complaints about the Website may be submitted to: oficina@leclatnoir.com.
- The Operator handles submissions within 14 days of receipt.
§9. Out-of-court dispute resolution
For disputes involving consumers, out-of-court dispute resolution methods are available, including the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
§10. Governing law and changes
- Matters not covered here are governed by the law applicable to the Operator's seat and by European Union law.
- The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms; the current version is published on the Website with its effective date.
